MiQissa accepts all major credit cards.
MiQissa will process your online order within 1 to 3 days and ship via USPS. Out of stock or backorder items will ship as we receive them. We will contact you via email if any of your items are out of stock or backordered. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that we will only ship to the physical address provided at checkout. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.
All packages are sent with signature confirmation required unless requested otherwise. If the signature requirement is waived, the customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages. If you miss the final delivery attempt, the second shipping or reschedule fee will be billed to your credit card.
Shipping charges for items that require special handling or international shipments will be provided on an individual basis.
We are not responsible for any delays in weather condition, local delivery errors or international custom clearance. If you use a shipping forwarder company, we are not responsible for any type of loss, accidents or damages after delivered by our shipping carriers.
For international shipments please contact MiQissa at firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers are responsible for any additional charges such as customs, taxes or duties incurred during shipping. International orders are non-returnable. These orders may be affected by customs and excess delays.
NewYork sales tax of 8.875% is added to all orders within the state of NewYork.
MiQissa offers exchange or refund within 10 days upon receipt of goods. All vintage, antique, discounted and sale items are final sale. Items must be in original, unused condition with original tags intact for refund.
All returns must be approved by MiQissa before returning items. Please include a copy of original receipt and please pack carefully. MiQissa is not responsible for damage that occurs in return shipping. Customers' original shipping fees are non-refundable and customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. MiQissa is not responsible for compensation of lost packages in transit to us without proof of delivery to MiQissa. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.
